Job Description:
Utilizing the Beyond Textbooks framework, plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in an elementary learning environment that guides and encourages fifth grade students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Assess student learning; adjust instruction accordingly. Establish and maintain classroom management plan. Work is performed under the supervision of the principal / superintendent.
Requirements:
• B.A/B.S degree in elementary education or related field from an accredited institution
• Arizona Elementary Teaching Certificate
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• History of regular and punctual work attendance.
• Perform all other related work delegated or required to accomplish the objectives of the total school program.
• Knowledge and implementation of relevant technology.
• Willingness to participate and grow from professional learning opportunities.
