Arizona Charter Academy is seeking a part-time Accounting Coordinator (19 hours per week) who is proficient in Infinite Visions software to assist with accounts payable, deposits, personnel files, payroll, and other duties and work closely with the Accounting Manager. Other duties include managing a low volume reception desk, projects, drafting letters and phone calls. We are looking for individuals who are task orientated and passionate about an efficient processes and implementation. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year accounting related experience and a minimum high school diploma. Infinite Visions software experience strongly preferred.
