As the Principal, one assumes the pivotal role of being the primary educational leader and administrative overseer within a school setting committed to nurturing innovation across all grade levels. This essential position involves providing forward-thinking guidance in curriculum development, teaching methods, and technology integration to enhance the educational experience for ALL students. Through collaboration with teachers, staff, and parents, the Principal fosters a lively and inclusive learning environment, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and academic achievement. These efforts aim to prepare students for future academic endeavors and long-term success beyond the school years.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
● Possession of a Current Principals Certificate issued by ADE (Arizona Department of Education).
● Completion of a Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
● Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience as a school administrator.
● Consideration will also be given to any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that meets the minimum requirements.
● Must have obtained Fingerprint clearance.
