Job Description:

Madison Highland Prep is seeking applicants for the position of Varsity Cross Country Head Coach. This position would require regular attendance at practices before school as well as scheduled meets (typicaly 1 weekday evening and 1 weekend morning) which will require team travel via bus/van. This position offers a stipend.

Position: ​Head Track & Field Coach

Salary: ​​$3,000 stipend paid at end of season (November 2024). $1,000 signing bonus paid two weeks after holding regular practices and attending 1st Meet. Additional $250 bonus paid per team (boys and/or girls) that qualifies for post season play to compensate for additional coaching time.

NFHS Level 1 (Preferred)

CPR/First Aid

Arizona Driver’s License

DPS – IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Experience:

Arizona Teaching Certificate (Preferred)

Previous cross country/long distance running coaching experience (coaching resume)
