Job Description:

We are seeking a math/science teacher for the 2024-25 school year.  We are on a 4-day school week with a teacher start date of July 29th.  

Salome High School is a small rural school that covers over 3,400 square miles in Western Arizona.  We are located about 60 miles West of the Greater Phoenix Area and about 60 miles from the Arizona/California border.  Class sizes are relatively small, and most of our teachers are the only teacher teaching their subject.  As long as you are teaching to the standards, you will have flexibility in what you teach and how you teach it. 

Qualifications:  Individual must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  Must either have or have the ability to attain appropriate Arizona Certification.

Wage is based on experience and education.  Performance pay opportunities are available.
