The Certified Teacher creates a positive learning environment to facilitate the academic, personal, social, and intellectual development of each student.  He/she presents appropriate curriculum that is in alignment with federal, state and district goals and objectives using a variety of instructional methods and strategies to further enhance and support learning. The teacher also maintains high expectations for self and all students and encourages them to become life-long learners.
