Job Description:

The Dean of Students will work directly with students, staff and parents to mediate disputes, resolve behavior problems and recommend discipline according to school guidelines and ensures delivery of effective and quality service to students in counseling, student conduct and orientation. Counsels the top management regarding overall student morale and services. This position works under the general supervision of the principal, enforcing school regulations and school policies. This position helps maintain an orderaly and safe campus.

Minimum Requirements:

• AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Education - Master's Degree
• Current Arizona Principal's Certification
• Experience - At least 5 years of successful teaching, administrative or supervisory experience with exceptional results.
• First Aid/CPR Certified
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and extensive background check.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License

Starting Salary: $75,133.00
