Job Description:
I. General description: To provide occupational therapy to identified students. Supervises: Certified Occupational Therapy Aide/Assistant (C.O.T.A.) (if applicable)

III. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Screen and evaluate appropriately referred students within the State and Federal requirements.
2. Attend and actively participate in all appropriate Child Study Team (C.S.T.), Section 504, Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (M.E.T.), and Individualized Education Program (I.E.P.) meetings.
3. Develop occupational therapy related IEP/504 goals, objectives, and/or benchmarks, including any appropriate accommodations for qualified district students as assigned.
4. Complete all State and Federally required paperwork within required timelines.
5. Provide individual and group occupational therapy services to students as described in the IEP and 504 Plans.
6. Prepare quarterly, or more frequent if needed, progress reports on each assigned student to include in the quarterly grade reporting process.
7. Complete all MEDICAD reports and requirements in a timely manner.
8. Participate in District training as appropriate.
9. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Director of Special Services.
