Job Description:

Willcox High School has the following coaching vacancy for the 2025-2026 Fall Sports Season -  Head Volleyball Coach 

Interested applicants should have significant high school coaching and/or college experience.  Successful applicants will bring their team philosophies to the interview and must be able to successfully articulate practice plans that lead to the successful implementation of their systems.  Have the ability to organize and prioritize work along with effective verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills.

All applicants must have or be able to obtain the following documentation:

Valid Arizona Teaching, Substitute, or Arizona Coaching Certificate issued by Arizona Department of Education.

Have completed each of the following criteria from the National Federation of State High School Associations online at www.nfhslearn.org (Level 1 Certification): 

NFHS Fundamental of Coaching Certificate

NFHS Concussion in Sports 

NFHS Heat Illness Prevention 

NFHS Bullying, Hazing, and Inappropriate Behavior

Current CPR & First Aid Certification

Current AZ IVP or Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
