Job Description:
Kingman Unified School District #20 is seeking a strategic, experienced professional in Human Resources to join the District’s executive leadership team. This position is open until filled; first review of applications will be on January 30, 2025.
The Executive Director of Human Resources provides overall direction of the human capital resources of the District within the guidelines of the Governing Board and Superintendent. The incumbent will plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of staff manager(s), and serve as a member of the organization’s executive cabinet responsible for the sustainable and day-to-day operations of the District and strategic initiatives.
