TEACHER JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Under general direction, incumbent(s) provides quality instruction through planned lessons, diagnosing learning needs, creating and leading engaging learning activities, utilizing assessments to monitor student progress, and communicating with administration and parents.  Creating a flexible classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed.

Salary range is $53,100 - $84,950. An additional $3,000 stipend for Special Education Teachers who hold a Special Education Certificate and approximately $3,100 for Performance Pay.
