JOB TITLE: Middle School Social Studies Teacher
REPORTS TO: Executive Director and Assistant Director
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 2025-2026 Academic School Year

SALARY: Per Board Approved New Hire Salary Guide

JOB GOAL: Candidate will work collaboratively with the grade level teachers and administrators to develop classroom strategies and implement individualized instruction to meet the needs of each individual student.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on history, middle grades education, or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Arizona Teaching Certificate in Middle Grades Education or Secondary History Education
2. Experience teaching secondary social studies in a secondary setting
