JOB TITLE: 4th/5th Grade Elementary Teacher in Multi-age Classroom
REPORTS TO: Executive Director and Assistant Director
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 2025-2026 Academic School Year
CLOSING DATE: Open Until Filled
SALARY: Per Board Approved New Hire Salary Guide

JOB GOAL: Candidate will work collaboratively with the grade level teachers and administrators to develop classroom strategies and implement individualized instruction to meet the needs of each individual student.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

1.      Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on elementary education or related field
2.      Ability to obtain an Arizona fingerprint clearance card and complete a background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1.      Arizona Teaching Certificate in elementary education
2.      Montessori experience and/or certification

Flagstaff Junior Academy Elementary School, a Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade school of approximately 170 students, is seeking a dynamic teacher to join our talented team.
