K-8 Special Education Teacher

Job Title: Part-Time Special Education Teacher (2025 school year)

Location: Carden of Tucson, Tucson, AZ

About the Role:
Carden of Tucson is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. This part-time position offers an opportunity to work closely with a small caseload of students, providing individualized support and instruction in accordance with their IEPs. The teacher will work under the supervision of the Special Education Director and the Carden of Tucson Director, ensuring that students receive the necessary accommodations and modifications to support their success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.

• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families.

• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.

• Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification.

• Current Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
