Job Description:

Happy Valley School, a well-establish charter school located in the NW valley is accepting applicaitons for a Highly Qualified 6th Grade Math & Science Teacher by NCLB standards for the 2025-2026 school year.  We are an Excelling, Back to Basics, K-8 school with an A rating.  The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, a first class IVP fingerprint clearance card, strong classroom management and academic skills, a love for children, and the ability to communicate and work effectively with parents and students.  State License preferred.  For lesson plans, teachers follow an established curriculum guide which meets and exceeds the Arizona State Standards.  A standardized classroom management philosophy and disciplinary procedures have been established, and Character First is taught and modeled by teachers at all grade levels.

Salary is competitive with district school and benefits include medical and dental (optional) plans.  Employees participate in the Arizona State Retirement System.
