Job Description:

Mountain View is seeking qualified candidates for an Elementary Teacher for the 2025/2026 school year!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons to support student learning and development.
• Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to support student success.
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with classroom management and student engagement strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Familiarity with educational technology and data-driven instruction
