All applicants must have valid School Counselor Certification with the State of Arizona.  Our base salary is $53999 base salary +$2,000 prop 301 salary for first year, at step 1, BA.0.  We honor up to step 6 (5 years) verified Counseling experience.

Salary Rage is $53,999 - $77,791 for initial placement.

The Ganado Unified School District provides education services in four schools, Primary School services Pre-K to second grade, the Intermediate School, grades third through fifth, the Middle School, grades six to eight, and the High School, grades nine through twelve.  GUSD services approximately 1100 students district wide.

Beautiful small community located about 55 miles west of Gallup, NM on the Navajo reservation in northeastern Arizona. Ganado is situated in a small valley surround by rolling hills and mesas and offers a full range of basic services. Recreation includes hiking, exploring, fishing, hunting, and cross country skiing.  Sage Memorial Hospital provide medical/dental care, Ganado Fire District provides fire protection and emergency medical response.  Lowes Grocery store and Ace Hardware in Burnside, AZ, five miles west of Ganado.  Fast food including Burger King, Subway, Pizza Edge are available in Burnside.
