Job Description:
Student Information System (SIS):
· Ensure maintenance of student demographic data
· Serve as the primary liaison with PowerSchool vendor for system updates and issues
· Manage and Coordinate all data input into PowerSchool
· Support instructors with PowerTeacher
· Prepare/Upload student enrollment data and withdrawals from MICTED online web registration system in to PowerSchool SIS
· Responsible for student information updates and state required student withdrawal documentation mailings
· Works with enrollment services team with online student registration
· Responsible for running, printing, and mailing quarterly, semester, and year end grades, academic alerts, report cards, and manage transcripts
· Produce and analyze reports in multiple formats for district administration and departments as needed
Attendance:
· Enters attendance for instructors when needed
· Run and analyze attendance reports and notify Student Services/Program Director of teacher follow up that is needed
· Implement and oversee the SafeArrival system and related attendance functions
School Messenger:
· Serve as the primary liaison with School Messenger vendor for system updates and issues
· Manage all data input in to School Messenger
· Prepare and send school and course wide broadcast messages to teachers, students, parents, and staff via email and School Messenger
AZEds State Reporting:
· Submit and publish required state compliance data from the PowerSchool SIS to AZEds
· Preform monthly integrity reconciliation on AZEds for MICTED Central Campus schools to ensure Average Daily Membership (ADM) accuracy for payment
· Support member district SIS staff to ensure accurate CTE Satellite student data in AZEds
· Gather and enter CTE Technical Skills Assessment (TSA), coherent sequence, student enrollment and credentialing data in to the CTE Data Portal
· Assists with CTE Data Portal
· Prepare and present data reports to the Governing Board as needed or required
Document and Data Management
· Create and manage individual student file folders each school year
· Create and manage fiscal and program documentation in job duty areas necessary for all audits including fiscal and program audits
· Create and maintain SOP’s for position
· All staff members are responsible for ensuring the needs of the district are met by completing other duties as assigned
Salary & Contract Terms:
· This position is a full time, 12-month position starting at $55,500 per year
· Salary is based on experience
· Benefits include individual health/dental insurance and participation in the Arizona State Retirement System
· This position reports to district administration
