Salary Range:

$40,000.00 - $49,500.00 USD annually.

The Admissions Representative plays a crucial role in supporting prospective and current students. This hybrid position requires a dynamic individual who excels in both virtual and in-person environments, engaging with families, guiding students through the admissions process, and representing ASU Preparatory Academy at various events throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, communications, or a related field, preferred

  • One to Two (1-2) years of experience in admissions, student support, or customer service within an educational setting, desired

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools for student tracking and outreach

  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English), preferred but not required

  • Active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

  • Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.

  • Conduct virtual and in-person informational sessions, answering questions about ASU Prep Academy’s programs, curriculum, and enrollment requirements.

  • Attend and represent ASU Prep Academy at community events, open houses, school fairs, and other recruitment initiatives.

  • Maintain strong communication with students, families, and internal departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to develop engagement strategies for prospective students.

  • Assist in organizing on-campus tours and events to showcase ASU Prep Academy’s offerings.

  • Utilize CRM systems to track inquiries, applications, and enrollment data, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

  • Provides immediate, ongoing and efficient information and problem resolution to families in a timely manner.

  • Resolves routine and escalated customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Provide ongoing support to newly enrolled students, helping them transition smoothly into the ASU Prep community.

  • Adheres to the assigned work schedule, which may vary and include evening and weekend hours.

  • Assists other team members with special projects as assigned.

  • Required travel to attend in-person student recruitment events and engagement efforts throughout the year.

  • Stay up to date on the programs ASU Prep offers in order to effectively communicate with potential families.

  • Maintain a productive working relationship with all other departments.

  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

TRAVEL: 

Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, trainings and/or conferences. Locations may vary and may require overnight stays.
