We are currently accepting faculty applications for the 2025-2026 school year! All applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted for an interview should your skills and qualifications match an open teaching position in our community. Interviews can commence as early as February and be ongoing until all positions are filled.
ASA teachers provide an academic curriculum that is rigorous, relevant, and aligned with ASA’s mission and core values. Curriculum development and implementation reflects Arizona State Standards layered with ASA’s innovative college prep focus that fosters intellectual curiosity, emphasizes active engagement, project-based learning, inquiry-based discussions, research, advanced written and oral skills, and collaboration.
ASA’s Exceptional Student Services (ESS) teachers serve as the case manager for students in multiple grade levels. These special education teachers collaborate with the ESS team, grade level teaching teams, and families to meet needs and support student growth. As a case manager, this teacher ensures appropriate and effective services and supports are in place for each student on their caseload. This teacher assists in the educational and social development of students, writes and implements IEPs, and monitors progress. ASA also provides an interactive professional development program and access to academic coaching for employee support and growth.
This position reports directly to the ESS Director and works closely with the other members of the ESS department.
