Premier Charter High School - Now Hiring for the 2025–2026 School Year

Premier Charter High School, a performing school, is currently accepting applications for teaching positions at our West Phoenix campus, located at 7544 W. Indian School Road.

We are actively interviewing highly qualified and Arizona secondary-certified teachers in the following content areas:

• English / Language Arts
• Mathematics
• Science
• Social Studies
• Physical Education
• Career & Technical Education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
• Structured English Immersion (SEI) Endorsement (or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment)
• Valid secondary certification (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic instruction aligned with the Arizona State Standards
• Plan, develop, and implement syllabi and lesson plans
• Conduct formative and summative assessments; provide timely academic feedback
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress
• Administer pre- and post-assessments across content areas
• Maintain consistent parent contact to discuss student performance
• Participate in school activities and events, including prom, sporting events, open houses, and graduation
• Perform additional academic duties as assigned
