Job Description:
Under general supervision of the Director of Facilities and Transportation, performs project management and oversight work of moderate difficulty. Additionally, the project manager coordinates special projects involving remodeling, maintenance and renovations to all District buildings and facilities.
Hiring Pay Range: Depends on Experience
1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week
12 months/261 paid workdays per year
Minimum Required Qualifications: Experience in building construction and renovations; ability to interpret construction documents and contract agreements; basic project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time; knowledge of “Right to Know” and Hazardous Waste laws; possession of a valid driver’s/operator’s license; any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience meets the minimum requirements; must possess or have the ability to obtain a Level I-IVPP Fingerprint Clearance card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety; valid Arizona driver’s license and clear driving record.
