Job Description:

JOB GOAL:

To promote the social, emotional and educational development of each student in the District.  The occupational therapist will develop, coordinate and implement appropriate therapeutic program and services for identified students in the District.  Provide services to promote student access to the general education curriculum and progress through their program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelors of Science in a major field of occupational therapy from an accredited college or university with a degree in occupational therapy.  Master’s Degree preferred.
2. Pass the national examination and obtain State licensure pursuant to the Arizona Board regulations.
3. Valid Arizona State Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
4. Experience as a practicing occupational therapist.
5. Bilingual English/Navajo preferred.

SALARY RANGE:  $51,500 - $70,551
